Challenged Outdoorsmen of America- Northeast Texas Outdoors Chapter

The 2008 Challenged Whitetail hunt for took place December 19 - 21, 2008 at Brushy Creek Area of Lake 'o the Pines. 14 Challenged hunters hunted over the two and 1/2 days and 3 deer were taken. Below are photos from the event and it is evident from the smiles that it was a complete success. The hunt included 6 guides and/or guardians, 2 Corps of Engineers Rangers, and 22 volunteers for a total of 39 people involved in making this event a success! We saw old friends and made new ones! Thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors, and Corps of Engineers that made this hunt a great success. Your efforts go above and beyond.
